How Do I Know How to Play Chords?

In this week's lesson, I cover a few more things that can make learning the guitar feel overwhelming and intimidating. It can feel like I'm about to teach you calculus, but really this info will actually feel more like learning arithmetic.
The lesson below focuses on 3 things:
The numbers used to refer to certain fingers.
How to read a chord chart (so you know where to put your fingers on the neck of the guitar).
How to hold a flat pick.
Hopefully, this lesson will take the mystery out of it for you.
If you're interested in learning more, email: janet@janetsplanetmusic.com to get info about my upcoming Fall I semester at The Passim School of Music or about the limited number of private lesson slots I'll have available beginning in September.
I'm offering a tuition rate special to anyone who registers for a private lesson semester by Friday, August 28th.
